The range uv inox is able to seal large capacity bags, vertically extended after filling.

BI-ACTIVE SEALING (TWO HEATING JAWS) BY IMPULSE HEATING ALLOWING A HIGH QUALITY CLOSING. 

Models with 1.60 M with column; positioning tablet and sealing jaws are adjustable according to the dimensions of the bags = allows to integrate the welding machine in all types of packaging lines 

Stainless steel 3 wheels construction allowing to move the sealing tong according to all needs 

Specially designed to easy maintenance and cleaning with water jet: - rapid disassembly of the sealing jaws, - no retention zones needed

A single power supply is sufficient (no compressed air) 

The stainless steel control box is entirely air tight (IP55) and allows independent adjustment of sealing and cooling time. 

Pedal driven closing of the jaws -> Allows the operator extending the bag before sealing and to avoid any folding 

Sealing and cooling cycles are controlled by electronic timer by the use of an electromagnet which keeps the jaws under pressure.
