TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Welding machines equipped with two heat sealing jaws with electronic temperature adjustments to ensure high accuracy (+/- 1 ° C). This is particularly important in the case of polypropylene films.

Jaw closure controlled by a mechanical pedal (C20P - C32 P models)

A rod system allows reaching a very strong clamping force (1000 daN) for low effort control. This high pressure force allows  a high standard sealing.

The machines are assembled (on a framed table). The sealer’s head position is adaptable, to permit the operator working under the most suitable conditions.
- The inclined working shelf, can be adjusted in depth, according to the length of the bags.
- The machine’s support revolves on itself,( what allows)  allowing  3 positions :

§ vertical (90° inclination)
§ basic (60° inclination)
§ (30° inclination)

In the absence of any specification, we supply the machines with th  basic  60° inclination
