Thimonnier’s SF range is a filling capping machine for DOYPACK® spouted pouches and inverted pouches. Preformed pouches are placed on rails at the entrance of the machine, manually or automatically. They are sorted, can be printed (expiring dates, batch number…). The machine then fills the pouches, puts the caps on (using a measured tightening torque), then the capping is assessed by a camera or a laser before the pouches are ejected by the conveyor belt.

The new filling-capping machine can process two pouches simultaneously; double the capacity of the former generation, reaching 60 to 80 pouches per minute. What’s more, the compact modular machines designed by Thimonnier offer the user the ability to join together several SF and have them work in parallel.

The machine gives agro-food industrial companies the flexibility they need. First by accepting a large variety of pouches formats, from 90 ml to 2 liters, but also  but also by offering the possibility to use pouch from any suppliers.

The ultra-clean SF102 allows the filling of fresh or pasteurized products while extending the shelf life of the product. By decontaminating the spout and the cap and packaging in sterile air, Thimonnier guarantees a clean filling. The compact and accessible area of packaging is optimized for cleaning while ensuring visual control.
An effective solution to fight against the risks of contaminations but also against the food waste generated by too short expiration date.
