VERTICAL FFS AUTOMATIC DOUBLE HEAD FILLING MACHINE: THE M3200 IS PERFECT FOR FORMING, FILLING AND SEALING PILLOW POUCHES USING ROLLS OF POLYETHYLENE. 

The pouches are continuously filled from an over tank headed with constant level and controlled by a proportional valve and a level sensor. 

Thanks to the use of servodrives technology, M3200 machine is very flexible and allows to reach high output and high dosing accuracy. 

Strong frame made from steel profiles covered with stainless plates for maximum rigidity and exceptional life. 

A Clean-in-Place (CIP) has been integrated into the M3200’s design. All of the parts that come into contact with the product are built from stainless steel.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

- Film disinfected by germicidal UV tubes before being shaped 

- Clean in Place (CIP) 

- Electrical components and PLC are located in a separate air-tight cabinet with a control touch screen. 

- Alarm messages are displayed on control screen: end of reel, low level in buffer tank, access doors open…
