LA M1300 EST PARFAITEMENT ADAPTÉE POUR LA MISE EN FORME (PLIAGE PORTEFEUILLE), LE REMPLISSAGE ET LA SOUDURE DE SACHETS COUSSINS (PILLOW POUCH) À PARTIR DE FILM PE OU FILM COMPLEXE EN BOBINE. Elle est équipée d’une soudure impulsion (plus souvent employée) ou thermique coupante en fonction du film d’emballage.
Son système de dosage a été conçu pour une meilleure précision et ceci quel que soit la nature du produit conditionné.
De conception simple et robuste, la M1300 se caractérise par sa fiabilité et son faible encombrement.
Son écran de contrôle offre une lecture intuitive des paramètres de production (affichage de défauts, réglage des paramètres et de cadence de production).
Un Nettoyage en place ou Clean-in-Place (CIP) a été intégré à la M1300 lors de sa conception. Toutes les parties en contact avec le produit sont réalisées en acier inoxydable.
La commande pneumatique des mâchoires de soudure et l’armoire électrique séparée permettent un entretien facile et peu onéreux.
