TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The RP 1000 is perfectly designed for filling medical bags (PVC and non-PVC bags): Trocar connectors, vacuum filling, neutral gas scanning, closure with positioning of injection site.
The bags are filled in a sterile environment using tubes.
Controlled completely automatically, for greater flexibility of use its control desk comes equipped with a standard Proface touch screen for intuitive handling and reading of production parameters.
Parameters can be exported via USB port for tracking of control and repeatability:
- vacuum times
- filling times
- neutral gas scanning times
A Clean-in-Place (CIP) has been machine's design.
All of the parts that come into contact with the product are built from AISI 316L stainless steel.
Comes with standard integrated distribution bowl for injection sites.
