MACHINE DESIGNED FOR FILLING PREMADE DOYPACK® & INVERTED POUCHES WITH LIQUIDS AND VISCOUS PRODUCTS THROUGH WELDSPOUTS ON THE TOP ON THE CORNER OF THE POUCH, AND SCREWING OF THE TEMPER-EVIDENT SPOUT.
- 1 Storage for loading pouches by preloaded tracks
- 1 Filling and screwing-system Line:
- Station 1: Track for manual loading of caps.
- Station 2: Track for manual loading of pouch with spout.
- Station 3: Filling system with pressurized tank with constant level on level probe, electromagnetic flowmeter and self cleaning dosing nozzle.
- Station4: Spout screwing by servomotor to enable controlling of the tightening torque.
- Station 5: Screwing control by laser and removal of defective pouches.
- Station 6: Ejection of the pouches on outlet conveyors.
