UV D3 is designed to seal/close preformed DOYPACK® pouches, vertically presented, after filling.

BI-ACTIVE HEAT-IMPULSE SYSTEM (TWO HEATING JAWS), ALLOWS HIGH QUALITY SEALING. 
The jaws are activated by a pneumatic cylinder and are adjustable according to bags dimensions. 

The sealing part is fitted on a stainless steel frame. The control box is also built into stainless steel, and is completely waterproof (IP65). 

The welding cycle is automatic. First the operator places the bag between the jaws. Then, to begin the welding process, he only has to push the manual switch with the back of his hand.

Cycle process:
- Closing of the jaws
- Welding of the bag
- Jaws kept closed during the cooling time
- Opening of the jaws
The entire time of these operations never exceed 5 seconds but often is shorter. During the sealing cycle, the bag is held, letting the hands of the operator free to fill the next bag. 

The welding and cooling time are controlled with 2 timers fitted on the control panel. Time adjustments are drawn up according to the materials used and output required.
