Job Description:

Within the Purchasing team and attached to the Purchasing Manager, you perform the following missions:
- Consolidation of all current overhead contracts (building maintenance, energy, telephony, waste management, subscription, transport, packaging, etc.), establishment and monitoring of the operating budget
- Meeting, selection and evaluation of suppliers
- Taking into account and solving daily problems (building operation)
- Consultation, negotiation, commitments and monitoring of works (operation and / or improvement of the building)
- Consultation, negotiation, commitments and monitoring of existing or future contracts (contract deadlines, re-competition of existing contracts, new contracts (printing, transport, communication, trade show, etc.)

Level: Bac + 2 / + 3 Field: Purchasing or equivalent…

Experience required (industry, position, etc.):
3 years of experience in a service function or as a maintenance technician on special machines ideally acquired in the field of packaging on Siemens and Rockwell PLCs
