Z84 CA
The Z84 CA thermal press (4 guide columns) is designed for filling round medical pouches to size that are made from polyolefin (non-PVC) film.
Its frame is built with steel covered with AINSI 304L stainless steel to ensure its firmness and longevity.
A pneumatic upper piston with a proportional pressure regulation valve and a pneumatic lower piston provide 38 kg/cm2 of pressure in a surface area of 31.2 cm2.
The tools are replaced by indexing and pneumatic locking, saving handling time.
Z11 CA
The double swan neck Z11 CA press is the perfect complement to the Z84 CA device for sealing medical pocuhes with tubes.
FILLING PRESS AND FILLER ENSEMBLE
Their pneumatic technology makes them both simple and comfortable to use, while the rigidity of their structure ensures an important durability.
Its control unit comes equipped with a touch screen for intuitive handling and reading of production parameters.
Parameters can be exported via USB port for tracking of control and repeatability:
