MATERIALS

THERMOFORMED HULLS
Any thermoformable material coated with a heat-sealable varnish from the same kind of coating.

COATINGS
Any heat-sealable material or material with heat-sealable varnish coating.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The Z41 thermal press (3 guide columns) is designed for soldering coverings on thermo-formed hulls.

Its pneumatic technology makes it both simple and comfortable to use, while the rigidity of its structure ensures its durability.

Its alignment is adjusted by a bearing system with micrometric screws for perfect sealing precision.

Controlled completely automatically, for greater flexibility of use its control desk comes equipped with a standard Proface touch screen for intuitive handling and reading of production parameters.

Parameters can be exported via USB port for tracking of control and repeatability:
- sealing times
- pneumatic pressure

The Z41 BS is equipped with backup safety systems:
- Turntable rotation initiated with double button push and mechanical indexing.
- Standard "light curtain" type system.

The tools are replaced by indexing and pneumatic locking, saving handling time.
